Urgent fault / diagnostics

Production drop, system down, inverter alarm. Remote diagnostics through monitoring + on-site visit within 24 hours.

Recommended

Annual system inspection

Inspection of all components, cabling, protections, production vs expected. Preventive maintenance so faults don't come up.

Seasonal

Panel cleaning

Professional cleaning (dust, pollen, bird droppings). Most effective before the spring season. Recovers 5-15% of production from dirty panels.

After 10 years

Inverter replacement

Inverters last 10-15 years. If the warranty has expired and problems appear, we replace with a newer, more efficient model.

Upgrade

System upgrade

Adding a battery, increasing the number of panels, switching from on-grid to hybrid, smart meter. Old systems can be upgraded.

Paperwork

Ownership transfer / EPS

Property sale or company rebrand. We handle the transfer of prosumer status from the old to the new owner with EPS.

FAQ

Frequently asked service questions

Do you service systems that aren't from MySolar?
Yes. We diagnose and service all on-grid and off-grid systems in Serbia, regardless of who installed them. We most often work with SunGrow, Huawei, Growatt, Goodwe, Solis and Fronius inverters.
How much does an annual system inspection cost?
For home systems up to 10 kW, from 8,000 to 15,000 RSD depending on distance and complexity. Industrial systems by agreement. If a fault is found under warranty (of our system), the inspection is free.
How often should panels be cleaned?
In urban environments, once a year (before the spring season). In agricultural zones, twice a year (spring + autumn). Rain does a lot of the work, but pollen and bird droppings remain.
What if my inverter throws an alarm and the system is out of warranty?
Call us on +381 69 44 99 222. We connect remotely to the inverter (if monitoring is working) and tell you what it is. If it is a software issue, it can often be solved remotely. If parts need replacing, we give an estimate before coming.
How quickly do you come on site?
For urgent faults (system down) within 24 hours, most often the same day if you call in the morning. For preventive inspections we schedule about a week in advance.
