Privacy policy

Amper Solar Group d.o.o., Solunska no. 9, 26320 Banatski Karlovac, MB:21351288, PIB:110448701 (hereinafter “MySolar”) respects the privacy of your personal data and undertakes to protect it in accordance with applicable provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette RS no. 97/08, 104/09 — another law, 68/12 — Constitutional Court decision and 107/12), hereinafter: “Personal Data Protection Act”.

Personal data is collected at the moment of your registration on the MySolar website (for example via registration forms, newsletter sign-up, requests for an offer) or when you voluntarily disclose it, for example by taking customer surveys, providing feedback, participating in contests, or applying for jobs by sending a CV.

If you do not want to provide the personal data we request from you, you may not be able to access certain parts, services or features of the website, or we may not be able to give you a reply. The personal data that MySolar collects, processes and uses under the terms of this Consent is:

• Your first and last name,
• Your residential/correspondence address,
• Your e-mail address,
• Phone, mobile phone and/or fax number,

hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”.

Personal data is primarily collected for:

• warranty records,
• our internal statistical data processing,
• promotion of new products and services,
• the possibility of sending publications, brochures and other promotional material,
• market research and similar related activities,

hereinafter referred to as “Purpose of processing”.

Finally, by using this site your computer will automatically disclose certain technical and other data (such as your network address, browser type and the page that referred you to our site) which we will collect for operational and security reasons and to better understand how our pages are used.

By giving consent for the use of Personal Data, you agree that your Personal Data may be used, processed, transferred and stored by MySolar or affiliated companies of the MySolar Group, or by any company engaged by Amper Solar Group to perform auxiliary tasks of processing Personal Data, which may be located outside the Republic of Serbia, in member states of the European Union and the USA (collectively “Amper Solar Group”) for the Purposes of processing stated above, without an obligation that MySolar separately notifies you of each individual use of Personal Data.

Apart from the cases expressly stated above, we will not use, process, transfer or make your Personal Data available to any third legal or natural person without your additional consent, except in cases where prior consent is not required under the Personal Data Protection Act (such as: cases where collection of Personal Data is necessary to realise or protect vital interests of you or another person, especially life, health and physical integrity; cases where collection of Personal Data is necessary for the performance of obligations set by law, an act adopted in accordance with law or a contract concluded between the person and the controller, including for the conclusion of a contract, for collecting funds for humanitarian purposes, and in other cases prescribed by law).

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the MySolar website and does not apply to third-party sites. The MySolar website may contain links to web pages that may interest you. Moreover, due to the known characteristics of the Internet, we cannot guarantee the level of privacy protection on such sites, nor accept responsibility for the content of pages that are not MySolar pages. This Privacy Policy is not intended to apply to any page that does not belong to MySolar but whose link may be found on the MySolar website. Whenever you use links to other sites, you should be careful and read the privacy policy of the site in question.

By giving your consent for the use of Personal Data, you declare that you agree that MySolar protects your Personal Data as a trade secret: all persons who have access to that Personal Data, whether they are authorised MySolar employees and/or companies engaged by MySolar, are specifically obliged by MySolar to keep the data confidential. In addition, only authorised MySolar persons have the right to access your Personal Data and only to the extent necessary to perform tasks within their scope, applying the most up-to-date organisational, personnel and technical measures of data protection against unauthorised access at all levels of operation. These measures include, but are not limited to, cryptographic security of all data during archiving and transmission through IT and telecommunications systems, use of secure login mechanisms with usernames and passwords at all levels of input and processing, a 24-hour alarm system and protection of premises where the computers, telecommunications and other IT equipment necessary for system operation are located, storage of all data archived on print media and/or portable IT media in premises with restricted access, and similar.

You agree that we may contact you and that you are added to our mailing list — the moment of being added to the mailing list is exclusively your consent to contact. Privacy protection of your Personal Data is permanent, and at any time you may withdraw the given Consent, request changes or corrections to already provided Personal Data and/or request cessation of further processing of your Personal Data and removal from our mailing list. After that, the Personal Data is no longer used by MySolar, except for internal purposes, e.g. IT or statistical data processing when Personal Data no longer allows identification of the person to whom it relates.

This Consent covers all subsequent changes — due to the legal obligation to update any of the above types of data which MySolar learns of in the course of its business — and is valid until one of the following occurs: withdrawal of the Consent and/or cessation of processing because the Purpose of processing has been fulfilled, and/or cessation of processing due to a decision of the state authority competent to supervise the processing of Personal Data. In all of the above cases, your Personal Data will be deleted and their further processing will cease.
