• The works contract is concluded as a separate document signed by both parties.
• Only after the contract is signed and the agreed advance paid do the works begin.

Details of warranties on installation and components (panels 30 yrs, inverter 10 yrs, installation 2 yrs, AC/DC equipment 5 yrs) can be seen on individual products/services or in the contract.

Processing of personal data is regulated by our Privacy policy.

8. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of use at any time. All changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the new terms.

9. Jurisdiction

For all disputes arising from the use of the site, the court in Belgrade has jurisdiction. The law of the Republic of Serbia applies.
